Requirements :
·      Prior experience is preferred.
·      Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and computer literate. (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
·      Mature, takes initiative, is responsible, and possesses a positive attitude.
·      Can work independently. Possess good customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
·      Must be able to speak English/Mandarin (to communicate with upper-management & multilingual customers)
·      Commencement – immediate

Responsibilities :

1. Ensure daily administrative support which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating, and follow-up on pending matters.
2. In charge of office maintenance, including cleanliness, office equipment, office supplies for stationery & refreshment, sanitization, set-up of the meeting rooms, etc if required.
3. Able to do any other task required by management.
4. Able to handle government phone calls and process incoming emails.
5. Maintaining computer systems by updating and entering data.
6. Provide general administrative support to the team
7. Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as and when required
